Come and spend the morning or afternoon on the fields learning different sports skills with local baseball teens. Open to ASD Individuals ages 4-14.

Skills Stations:

• How to Hit a Baseball and Run Bases

• How to Kick a Soccer Ball

• How to Bump a Volleyball

• How to Dribble a Basketball

• How to Putt a Golf Ball

• Stretch it Out Yoga

Lunch, Water and T-Shirt Included for all participants.

Parents are welcome to join their child on the field to help with instruction and safety if needed.
